The Bid Lab rarely misses expectations, but in the atypical instance that we do not exceed your expectations, we offer a full credit to The Bid Lab no questions asked.
4. How much time before a deadline do you need to complete a proposal?

5. How much do your services cost?
After a free kick-off call where we gauge the scope of services required, we provide you with a free quote. Depending on your business model, The Bid Lab’s pricing consists of an hourly fee to complete your bid and a commission fee on won business. That being said, we price our services according to your business, working actively to balance upfront costs with commission fees on successful bids.
6. How do you address possible conflicts of interest? What if my competitors also seek your services?
The Bid Lab holds all requests for services as strictly confidential and does not disclose competing bids to outside parties. Should more than one of The Bid Lab’s clients wish to bid on a given proposal, separate account managers would be assigned to each client and data would remain separated with said account manager until post-submission.

10. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept ACH transfers and check payments. If you require payment using a credit card, a 3% transaction fee will be added to your invoice.

The Bid Lab’s success rate varies on a client-by-client basis as company financials, product offerings, and resource dedication all affect bid outcomes. If you are not happy with our work, you can cancel at any time, no questions asked.
19. My business has never completed a bid before, is The Bid Lab still able to help me?

For longer-term, more intensive out-of-state projects, in-person meetings can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
