Los Angeles World Airports Bid

Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), a division of the City of Los Angeles, is currently planning to transform a 340-acre area adjacent to LAX into a thriving, multi-use development. To that end, the City is now seeking qualifications from development teams to develop and maintain facilities for a variety of uses, including research and development, campus-like offices, community and civic centers, higher education, open spaces and recreational uses for the community. These facilities would be under a lease potentially lasting up to 50 years. Want to make your mark on this groundbreaking new development? The Bid Lab can take care of your entire response!
