Scope of Work
The DNR’s purpose in entering into this Cooperative Agreement is: to partner with an entity capable of delivering crew work and logistical support on an as-needed basis, and to provide young adults mentoring and service experience in the natural resources field. The Contractor’s purpose in entering into this Cooperative Agreement is: to provide service learning opportunities and conservation/natural resources work skills development for young adults, and to assist DNR with furthering its mission.
The DNR has a long history of working with outside entities to accomplish significant natural resources work in the forms of repairing or replacing remote infrastructure, constructing trails, hanging signage, reducing erosion, removing debris, and managing state-owned areas for invasive species control.

Lastly, the deadline to submit proposals is due at 4:30pm on Friday, March 7, 2025.
