Tarrant County, Texas Business Analytical Services RFP

Tarrant County is seeking qualified vendors, knowledgeable in local government to provide one or more self-directed professional analytical services.

Scope of Work

Tarrant County is one of the fastest-growing urban counties in the North Central part of Texas with a population of over 2 million citizens. Based in Fort Worth, Tarrant County is comprised of 42 departments and courts, managed by County Administration and 68 Elected Officials. Equally, each department or court provides services established by the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Texas.

Tarrant County is seeking qualified vendors, knowledgeable in local government, who are creative, engaging, efficient, and cost-competitive with expertise to provide one or more self-directed professional analytical services and seeks responses from qualified Respondents that employ a workforce experienced in:

Business Analytics for IT Solutions
Strategic Planning
- Strategy Coaching
- Strategic Plan Review
- Strategic Plan Development/Facilitation
Policy Review and Analysis
- Response to mandates
- Policy Review
Organizational Change Management (OCM)/Business Transition

Also, the vendor will be awarded a twelve-month contract, effective from the date of award or notice to proceed as determined by the Tarrant County Purchasing Department. Correspondingly, at Tarrant County’s option and approval by the Vendor, the contract may be renewed for two additional twelve-month periods. Finally, prices must remain firm for the entire contract.
