The Division of Urban Beautification is requesting quotes for bulk purchase of ornamental/flowers for the 2024 planting season. Pricing for pot and flat purchases. Vendor will be asked to deliver all plants to 221 Elmdale Road, Toledo, OH 43607 by first week of May.
