City of Albany Community Center RFP

The City of Albany is announcing a request for proposals for consultants to provide Community Center Needs and Assessment and Location Study Services. The selected contractor of this Community Center RFP will perform an assessment to determine the level of demand for community services and programs such as gyms, pools, and weight rooms.

The Needs Assessment for this Community Center RFP will include a review of existing agency and nonprofit strategic plans. In addition, responsibilities will include meetings with key stakeholders and two public input meetings. The contractor’s work will help develop a Programming Plan. The City of Albany will then use this Plan to analyze how the Center’s needs can be efficiently addressed. Click here to view the full RFP.
