Colorado OADC Custom Software Development RFP
The OADC is seeking a long-term partner relationship with software development and support
vendors to build and support the next-generation version of the software that could last 10+ years. The entity seeks to partner with a firm that can procure backup expertise and personnel when needed. The OADC’s current vendor point of contact is retiring in December 2025. Therefore, the OADC is seeking a new vendor that can begin immediately to have completely functional software by the end of the first quarter of 2025.
Scope of Work
The OADC would like to integrate the functions of the four (4) systems in place into the OADC Platform simultaneously. As outlined in section I.3, These systems include CAAPS, MAAPS, CAMP, and an Expert Database. As an additional consideration, the OADC would like to integrate its informational website into the OADC Platform. At a minimum, access and compatibility with the Informational Website would be required as a feature of the OADC Platform. Since the OADC has determined that custom software is needed, the OADC is searching for a solution that provides the following functionality:
- Invoicing
- Rates and Contractor Details
- Reporting
- Data Migration Management
- Inegrations
- Accessibility
- Reliability and Backups
- Security
- Training Materials
- Connectivity with CORE
- Accessing Relevant Contractor Data
- Accessing Relevant Expert Information
- Ability to Differentiate Between State and Municipal Cases
