North Dakota Department of Human Services RFP
Overview
The North Dakota Department of Human Services, Behavioral Health Division, has issued a request for proposal (RFP) for an adolescent residential treatment center to serve youth with a dual diagnosis.
The department is seeking a comprehensive program for adolescents with a substance use disorder, who need low or medium intensity residential treatment. The winning bidder’s plan must include individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, family support/education, medication management, as well as supported education case management. Additionally, the facility will have rehabilitative services, including skills training and integration.
This human services RFP is especially important because no such facility currently exists in the state. Thus, the winning candidate of this RFP will fill a great need in North Dakota. (Currently, youth in need of residential treatment are often sent out-of-state for care.)
