Oregon Food Service Management Services RFP

The Three Rivers School District is seeking a food service management company to operate and manage the food services for the school year beginning July 1, 2025.

Scope of Work

The selected company will be responsible for providing meals to students, managing the food service operations, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The district is looking for a company that can provide high-quality meals, excellent customer service, and efficient operations. Some key responsibilities of the selected company will include:

  • Providing meals that meet the nutritional standards set by the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program
  • Managing the food service operations, including procurement, inventory management, and food preparation
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including those related to food safety and nutrition
  • Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and parents
  • Managing the financial aspects of the food service operations, including budgeting and accounting.
