The shopping mall is located in the suburb of DeWitt in Onondaga County in Central New York, just east of the City of Syracuse. It borders the most affluent towns with the highest household incomes in Central New York.

Though it was abandoned by its previous owner, the County has stepped in to keep the heat running and to conduct minor repairs. The redevelopment RFP seeks a firm that has the financial and organizational wherewithal to bring it back to its former glory.

Important Dates

Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on April 27th. For a compliant submission, the vendor must submit multiple sealed copies, as well as an electronic copy. Additionally, the vendor also needs to deliver it to the physical location listed in the RFP.
