The Challenge

Ad tech company Digital Culture Group needed to translate its proprietary technology and innovative digital marketing infrastructure into compliant, compelling, and strategically aligned proposal responses. They use their digital marketing infrastructure to power the next generation of future-oriented advertising and marketing campaigns, enabling them to deliver innovative and effective digital campaigns that authentically engage diverse audiences and drive tangible business results.

When a pair of proposal opportunities appeared on their radar, they knew they wanted to respond. These opportunities included a potential contract for a comprehensive marketing program to enhance brand visibility and digital outreach efforts, as well as an opportunity to collaborate with a major sporting event on a global stage. 

Both bids required detailed, technical approaches and responses to address specific requirements; one bid needed an analysis of the contract clauses, while the other required detailed design elements and enhancements.

The Solution

As this first bid was intended for the executive producer of a prominent festival, The Bid Lab provided substantial design enhancements to create a visually striking proposal. Enhancements included a custom organizational chart and graphics featuring logos of previous clients. We also drafted comprehensive biographies for all key personnel and coordinated closely with their subcontractor. Within three weeks, the client returned for more assistance with a second bid!
